My biggest battle is that my honey spoils me and I let him. He cooks and cleans and waits on me. So I’ve been very sedentary the past few years. And he’s such a great cook but it’s just not all that healthy. And I don’t cook. I can follow a recipe but it’s usually 50/50 chance of whether it will taste okay.
Gosh I’ve got so many…. I’d have to say it would be the sweets that I have with my coffee in the morning. As well as my coffee… which I load with sugar and creamer. I’ve been doing good this week about not drinking coffee anymore. My goal is to cut out caffeine completely before summer comes and I should be drinking more water anyway.
I’m following you on Twitter but honestly I never go on there. I like to use Facebook. I check your page easily at least 2/day. I love that you’re in the same area.

Bread…oh my weakness!! I could eat it by the loaves…but some jelly on it, cinnamon and sugar…or just the bread! OH gosh, you’re making me hungry!

Hmm, I’ve been trying to cut out wheat and sugar from my diet. Sugar wasn’t too hard – but, wheat has been a killer!
no sugar! what? I saw that Ellen was doing that…I think that would kill me. So..do you like the Jillian Michael video? I bought P90x..but, that really kicks your bum!
Hehe, it depends on your definition of “like.” It’s the only exercise video that I’ve seen results when I use it – so, in that way, I do like it. But, you feel like you’re going to die in the beginning.
I’ve been doing the Jillian Michael’s exercise video 5X a week – it’s crazy hard, but it’s something that I can see the results. I guess, my tip would be to try to find something that you can see results – it will help you *want* to work out.

I am trying to lose weight and get healthy! I am a college student with a tight budget and find it so expensive to buy all of the hip “diet” foods. I also work at a bakery, which has contributed to my waist line. I’m hoping that these bars will help me lose weight without spending too much and be yummy enough to help me avoid bingeing on sweets at the bakery!

good tip…but, for me…I even put our treadmill in the living room. In front of the big screen, between the couch and kitchen table…can’t miss it. AND NO ONE runs on it…

I am trying to lose weight in the waist area.
My biggest battle in trying to lose weight is I have little opportunities to engage in physical activity. Being a full-time grad student, I spend most of my free time studying. It takes a conscious effort to wake up early to exercise since I am too tired when I get home and still need to study in the evening.
My favorite non-healthy snacks that I am trying hard to kick are sodas and chips.

I should be trying to lose weight! Once the calendar says spring, I am planning to get more serious about it.
I am trying to lose atleast 15 pounds by the end of the year. My biggest battle is that i always seem to snack late and cant seem to kick that habbit. My favorite Non-healthy snack is probably mac and cheese thanks to my 15 month old daughter. she has me hooked. I do wii fit atleast 30 minutes a day usually while she sleeps.
